15+ years in Digital Industry (Big Data Marketing agency in Retail & FMCGs environment, Tourism Key Players) gave me the opportunity to acquire an INTERNATIONAL CROSS-DEPARTMENTS experience in PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & MARKETING expertise. Always curious to discover and eager to lead new businesses, I take up new challenges with a strong drive to achieve. Over the years, I moved up the ladder from operational roles to strategic ones such as Product & Traffic BU Director.

While my PROJECT Management, E-COMMERCE & IT skills (web/mobile) were key to launch new digital solutions (existing patent), I strengthened my CREATIVE STRATEGIC THINKING & BUSINESS background to build from scratch the Digital Product & Traffic Acquisition Department (2011-2013) for Europe and then Japan (2012-2014) and lead proven success Marketing & Communication campaigns.

I particularly enjoy working in a MULTI-CULTURAL environment. Since 2007, I lived 1 year in the US & my latest roles were aiming at directly collaborating with cross-functional teams in the US, Japan and Europe (France, UK, Germany, Italy & Benelux).

I am a very positive & ENTHUSIASTIC person, with a strong team spirit, dedicated to DEVELOPPING TALENTS and offering COMMITMENT to excellence.

    - Directed the Intranet Portal Development Project, deployment of a real sales assistant application for 250 travel agencies (2000 employees), increasing travel sales. Cost saving on the project: $75K.
    - Increased customer satisfaction by 200% by improving organizational and business processes (audit and recommendations) and communication.

    LEVALLOIS PERRET 2003 - 2005 - Utilized full-lifecycle development methodologies to manage software integration that automated requests for business travels / private travels and enabled reporting to reduce costs. Decreased of 70% the payment delays.
    •- Installed new Payroll software (SAP) for Human Resources, Personnel Administration and Payroll Departments in collaboration with TUI Germany.

    2003 - 2003 - Organized the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management system in Sales, integrating German and French customer databases resulting in stronger customer relations.

    2002 - 2002 - Planned and organized events (International Tourism Fair in 2002): Resourcing suppliers, publicists, etc. Contract negotiations and budget proposals, reservations.
