I consider my begin as an accountant and my actual position as a CFO are a real advantage in my way to manage, my staff and make the people understanding Finance principles

Working in an international environment is not everyday easy, but it keeps my mind opened, aware. One issue, whatever, is a new challenge to find a solution with the consideration of the Rules and Compliances.

Finance is the consequence of the Operations activities. So working together with a mutual understanding is a win-win relation

    Paris 2010 - maintenant Work with CEO and senior management to develop and implement business plans and operating initiatives.

    Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, both on an individual and consolidated basis (several sites in different countries)

    Analyze business performance data, analyze and compare it to previous periods

    Oversee and manage all finance activities including accounting, forecasting, planning, budgeting, internal control, financial systems, audit, reporting, treasury, insurance, and tax

    2009 - 2010 Finance:
    - Responsible for all finance, tax, financial reporting, that must be delivered accurately and timely
    - Oversee weekly cash management

    HR Administration:
    - Supporting issuing of contracts of employment and offers and ensuring that all new starter documentation is completed
    - Delivery of all tasks associate with the employee cycle, day to day administration tasks and management of the monthly Payroll process

    Ludwigsburg 2008 - 2009 - Ensure that the Management Accounts and business KPIs are produced on timetable each month.
    - Coordinate with project accounting to review on a monthly basis the percentage of completion of project phases to ensure the revenue recognition is in compliance with Group policy.
    - Oversee and sign-off on monthly and quarterly closes to ensure accurate financial bookings and accurate/timely reporting of financials and balance sheet reviews to Senior team management
