En résumé

I work for 10 years in the aeronautical production mainly in the special manufacturing processes and the production management.
Safran Power Units is a company on a human scale where agility and reactivity are very strong. In working in this company, I enforced my technical background in the field of metallic materials production technologies and in production management.
I have been a green belt certification through a project to reduce the cost of assembly by brazing. This project allowed me to acquire understanding of all aspects within the phases of D-M-A-I-C. I performed and interpreted the Six Sigma tools and used standard principles of Lean. I could drive an improvement project independently with visible results in economic terms of quality and customer satisfaction.
In working for Industrial Department as manufacturing team leader, I have gained experience in production management. I am charged of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the production process in thermal treatments and surface treatments.
I’m rigorous, reliable with the taste for work well done.

After 11 years of experience in the aeronautics sector, I am looking for new challenges with international contacts, in a technical field, in relation with the designers, producers, suppliers and client.

    Toulouse Cedex 2 2016 - maintenant Implementation of manufacturing and productivity improvements.
    From September to June 2017, gain of 185 k€ obtained.
    Management of the projects teams in charge of analyzing the problematics of production and research technological solutions.
    Implementing decisions related to evolving definitions.

  • SAFRAN POWER UNITS (Microturbo) - Manufacturing team leader

    Toulouse Cedex 2 2013 - 2016 Safran Power Units, member of Safran group and subsidiary of Safran Helicopter Engines, is specialized in the design and manufacturing of power systems for civil and military aerospace. Within the manfacturing department, I am in charge of the following tasks :
    o Manage 12 then 16 people team responsible for heat treatment operations, surface treatments and stamping.
    o Consolidation and follow-up the performance indicators: security, quality, cost and delay.
    o Ensure workload assignment for the team members and distribute the priorities
    o Animate the 5S project
    o Ensure that the team members are supplied the security equipment and find solutions to eradicate the main risk
    o Ensure that higher quantities produced
    o Quality analysis: 8D, PDCA.
    o Support to innovations and improvements. Launch of a study on the numerical simulation of stamping on a Cobalt alloy mixer body.
    o Management of the maintenance of stamping tools. Implementation settings sheets of stamping.
    o Follow-up the qualifications of special processes
    o Experience leading people

  • SAFRAN POWER UNITS (Microturbo) - Methods engineer

    Toulouse Cedex 2 2006 - 2013 Within the method department, I am in charge of the following tasks :
    o Ensure cross function between the methods, the designers and the quality service.
    o Material & process support.
    o Develop new technologies in fabrication and welding.
    o Study of cold forming of titanium alloy.
    o Green belt certification project: using DMAIC process with LEAN and 6 Sigma tools, I eliminated the not production quality and gained 35k€/year.
    o Corresponding in the part assembling of the Materials and Processes of SAFRAN.
    o Corresponding in the Welding Institute
    o Corresponding in the participatory innovation in industrial department.
    o Welding coordinator: definition and management skills of welders.
