En résumé

Après plusieurs années en entreprise à chercher tous les jours un nouvel endroit où déjeuner, j'ai eu l'idée avec mon associé de créer Babine. Tous les jours, nous venons dans une nouvelle entreprise avec notre vélo concept afin de proposer un hot-dog artisan composé à partir d'ingrédients français, artisanaux et de qualité ! :)

    Paris 2016 - maintenant Babine c'est un concept de hot-dog à vélo...

    ...un hot-dog simple et bon et composé d’ingrédients de qualité, artisanaux et 100% français : un pain qui sort du four de Guillaume notre boulanger, une saucisse spécialement préparée par notre artisan-charcutier parisien et des sauces maison cuisinées par nos soins à partir de produits frais.
    Le tout est servi dans un menu gourmand avec des accompagnements homemade.

    La seconde particularité de Babine, c’est qu’on vient servir notre hot dog directement dans les entreprises grâce à notre vélo transformé en restaurant nomade et avec le plein de bonne humeur.
    On donne rendez-vous à nos partenaires et on vient installer notre vélo-resto en fonction de l'espace disponible : dans le hall, dans la cour, sur la terrasse du 8ème étage... Peu importe, on est agile et 100% autonome !

    2014 - 2015 I've decided to move in Australia to develop my english skills and to become a freelance as CRM digital expert. Thanks to this opportunity, I helped Australian start-up to develop from scratch their CRM program.
