AS AGILE COACH:
I help organizations in their transition towards Agile culture and practices. I also provide full support of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban teams to ensure that the processes are used and well adapted in a truly Agile way, thus maximizing the value delivered by the teams.
I design and facilitate iterative design and innovation processes based on Lean UX approaches (Design Thinking, Lean Start Up, Agile development).
AS CONSULTANT IN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURES OF NEW GENERATION:
I help my clients to build the organizational culture that best nurtures their people’s creativity, autonomy and well-being, generating more and better value.
I design and facilitate:
AUTENTI-CO: a program to identify the core purpose of the organization or of the entrepreneur, which is the most powerful and inexhaustible source of inspiration for finding better ways of creating value in every single action;
Medium and long-term programs to build an organizational culture of new generation;
Collective Intelligence gatherings for complex problem solving, new product brainstorm, project kick-off, team building and any collective action for generating value.
