Ensure that the plant meets financial and strategic goals-KPI optimization. Lead the application of Group, Russian and international standards in production/quality/EHS. Project management and start up a new workshop. Implement SAP modules for production, laboratory, logistic and warehouse. Budget and cost controls. Reporting.

    — Increased production by 35% (to 100% according to facilities) by establishing production schedules and sustainable standards, by training and accompanying teams to change their methods.

    — Reduced energy expenses (-37%) by promoting interdepartmental cooperation and improving technical knowledge of staffs.

    Marcq-en-Barœul 2008 - 2009 In addition of Derivative products workshops, promoted to manage and structure the Cream production workshop (16 people). Stabilized the process and quality. Lead the KPI optimization. Coordinate the application of Group and international standards (GMP-ISO-HACCP).

    Selected Accomplishments:

    — Solved microbiological issue (-15% claims) by identifying critical areas (HACCP) and then modifying properly process, methods (GMP) and/or equipment.

    — Increased production by 10% by developing an efficient maintenance preventive system (reduction of time lost).

    — Reduced injury claims (-10%) through training and adaptation of manpower for safety and ergonomics.

    — Optimization of human resources (-15%) by revising job descriptions and reorganizing responsibilities for more efficiency.

  • Lesaffre Group - Production Manager of Derivative Products and Waste Water Treatments

    Marcq-en-Barœul 2007 - 2008 Lead the start-up of 2 workshops: evaporator (production of derivative products) and waste water treatments (anaerobic / aerobic). Respected the short deadlines for stabilizing the 2 plants (3 months). Hired and trained new staff (6 people). Organized and managed workshops based on requisitions for ISO 14001.

    Selected Accomplishments:

    — Identified, deeply analyzed and then reduced the waste flow in all production sites (-20% in volume, -8% in contamination) by building a multi-disciplinary team.

    — Improved people and technological skills, developed autonomy by leading this team.

    — Through rigorous control of inflows and serious supervision, guaranteed that outputs (fertilizers and waters) were always according to quality standards and to the legislation.

    — In a very tense context, checked the conformity of the installations with the specifications of suppliers (design, material and performances).
  • Pierre Fabre Medicaments - Assistant in Quality Management

    Castres 2005 - 2006 Transferred knowledge and methods from France to the local unit. Write instructions and manual in order to build a sustainable quality system for FDA accreditation (qualifications and validations). Assisted the start-up of 2 lines (extraction and concentration of active substances).

    Selected Accomplishments:

    — Implemented and lead the project of sterilization by ionization in order to end with microbiological problems in finish goods.
