    Manage and coach the Boutique Managers, prioritize the tasks, coach, train and advise the employees on sales techniques, procedures to achieve set targets. Ensure understanding and implementation of the Swarovski strategy.
    Have the full operational responsibility for the Swarovski owned Retail Business in defined countries
    Ensure excellent retail operations of in store activities and processes on the region level, including new store openings.
    Ensure an optimal stock management and define the appropriate assortments based on corporate strategy.
    Have the overall staff responsibility within the Swarovski own Retail. Apply and advise on best practices regarding recruitment, training, people development and staff planning.
    Implement and further improve business management tools and performance indicators (KPIs and reporting tools).
    Ensure that the POP as the main touch point with the consumer is in line with the central strategy and guidelines, especially providing a high service quality and a consistent shop appearance
    Responsible for an excellent shop appearance and product display according to central standards.
    Enable a high service quality at the POP through the focus on staff quality as well as on up to date information and training.
    Discuss with the Management the Swarovski owned Retail planning (Budget, Forecast and other planning cycles)
    Work out a sales, profit and investment analysis for the existing Swarovski owned retail distribution.
    Break down and set corresponding targets on store level based on given plan.
    Define and execute retail expansion plan together with the distribution team.
    Negotiate contract prolongation or new projects with landlords and shopping malls.
    Set priorities about location management (new openings and relocation projects).
  • Swarovski - Manager Global Retail Distribution

    Paris 2009 - 2010 Develop and implement worlwide new retail concepts which ensure a good quality representation of the brand as well as a long term sustainable business case for retailers and Swarovski.

    These new retail concepts include new tools and processes regarding Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Product Assortment, Retail Marketing, Training and also Account Management at the store level.
