    • Define and maintain guidelines regarding the use of VMWare, Citrix Access Suite, SRM.
    • Leading projects in respect of Mobistar IAG standards.
    • Design and document technical solution strategies and solution architecture fulfilling business requirements.
    • Follow the development and implementation of the defined solutions ensuring compliancy and quality.
    • Active participation to meeting of different committee:
    • BPC: Business Priority Committee, OAC: Operational Architecture Committee, TAC: Technical Architecture Committee, Help to define SLA based on business SLR, …
    • Lead the end-to-end MTPi capacity planning for OSS department

    1996 - 2000 Major Belgian provider of microcomputing and minicomputing solutions.

    • Leading projects by applying PRIDE methodology.
    • Conducted several PC’s migration of more than 500 PC’s from Windows 3.x to Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0.
    • Conducted several Installation of NT servers interconnected to Novell servers in WAN, together with emulation to IBM mainframe.
    • Meetings with Senior Management level to develop and apply the power of Information Technology in their Organization.
  • SMS SA - Project Leader

    1991 - 1996 •Multi-vendor company which markets, installs and maintains Computerized POS-PC Systems for Food, Non-Food et HORECA sectors.

    • In this function I had to analyze the Customer requirements and provide suitable and efficient technical and software implementation solutions.
    • I lead Customer related projects from start to successful completion.
    • My knowledge of high technology environment was updated by visiting International fairs like CeBit in Hannover.
    • Meetings with Senior Management level to develop and apply the power of Information Technology in their Organization.
    • Follow up of installations and interventions executed by Customer services. Dealing with hardware and software maintenance contracts.
    • Furthermore my tasks included Accounts management and development of new business sales through exhibitions, and in-house and external client presentations.
  • NSC/DATACHECKER (ICL UK). - International Tech Support.

    1980 - 1990 International company which manufactures, markets and maintains Computerized POS Systems for Hypermarkets.

    • Responsible of IT implementation to the International level.
    • Telephone assistance to European subsidiaries and participation on site at several "first time" installations.
    • Switzerland (Migros), France (Euromarché, Carrefour, Auchan ...), Spain (PRYCA), U.K. (WH Smith, Safeway ..)
    • Organizing hardware and software courses on the C1700 controller. The C1700 is the high class Duplex POS system of the company.
