Through my study in Hull University, Hull, United Kingdom, I had the opportunity to learn a lot about Human Resources, the search engine optimization (SEO) through the use of Google AdWords, management, sales and other disciplines. I am passionate about intercultural environment, technology and recruitment. Thanks to my study, I have been allowed to travel in different countries and experiment various work organization and hierarchy, which has granted me the ability to adapt to every kind of situation.
Moreover, as a graduate student of EBS Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany, I have gained strong analytic skills, as the school put a high emphasis on data analysis and interpretation, though finance lectures.
I had the chance to work in different company as intern, where I had to perform on a daily basis the marketing, business development and recruitment of the company. For example, I was in charge of the recruiting process of the firm, as a start-up, they did not have a proper process for this task. As a consequence, I offer to my superior to take care of the implementation of this process, as I had a previous experience in recruitment in Hungary. Therefore, I implemented a whole new recruitment process, which has allowed me to acquire for the company ten new employees.
My willingness to improve all of my skills and abilities is huge, thus my curiosity to learn any new concept or knowledge is very strong.
I am a native speaker in French, and near native in English, giving me the capacity to communicate easily with most of the people I meet. Being international is a second nature to me, which is way I am highly willing to relocate on a long-term vision.
I do not fear challenges; On the contrary it is what drives me.
