    For a worldwide leader in Energy – Governance transformation project (4 months):
    • Conducted interviews with all business units and geographies stakeholders to gather expectations and align people on the proposed approach
    • Designed and implemented a tailored methodology for the project
    • Prepared and presented regular steering committees

    For a worldwide leader in Industry - Global reorganization strategy project (6 months):
    • Designed the end-to-end process operating models for Order to Cash (O2C) and HR domains (flowcharts, RACI, KPIs, use-cases) during workshops with the clients
    • Defined the Transformation Story and Q&A of the new organization to be communicated to all employees
    • Participated in designing the new organizational charts at N-3 level for the whole Group

    For a worldwide leader in Retail – Major omnichannel e-commerce transformation strategy project (2 months):
    • Designed a 3-year strategic roadmap for a specific business unit
    • Identified, created and implemented KPI dashboards

    Paris 2014 - 2015 * Researched on how to efficiently manage and monitor risks caused by products traded on financial markets, in order to help traders defining their portfolio strategies
    * Successfully delivered an Excel tool, coded in VBA, to improve and streamline the daily control of risks by the Front Office

  • Total Gas & Power Limited - Front Office Research Analyst

    2013 - 2013 * Researched, analysed and reported to the Front Office the impact of errors in databases on the Value at Risk ;
    * Created a weekly automated data report for the Front Office on one of Total's oil refineries ;
    * Improved the automation and update of a European coal flows database supporting daily Front Office usage
