I am currently working at ThomsonReuters as Client Specialists Manager for CEMA West. I am in charge of the management of a team of 15 specialist sales/consultant working for the biggest accounts of the company in a multicultural environement (France/Belgium/Luxemburg/Spain/Portugal/Italy) and on an international scale (coordination of the commercial policy of our top accounts around the globe). I define the objectives of the team, manage their performance, drive their day to day business, coach and shadow them so that the ensure the retention of our products at client site and contribute to the growth of the business. I also liaise and coordinate with a very wide variety of teams to help grow the business and improve product development and customer satisfaction.
