I just finished my last year studying towards a two-years Master in Management double degree program at ESCP Europe and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
I’m currently undertaking an internship programme within Procter & Gamble in Paris ending end of December, in which I’m a member of Consumer Business Development Team. Through this experience I’m improving my capability to work under pressure, build cross-functional relationships, collaborate with team mates to reach a common goal and think strategically.
Thanks to my experiences in both Procter & Gamble and DAB Pumps I developed my analytical skills using big data database and by providing Excel analysis and written report on key-trends. Furthermore working at DAB Pumps as an accountant assistant gave me the opportunity to increase my attention to details.
Beside, my internship at Italian Design supported me in the acquisition of problem solving and communicational skills while managing part of the interior design project that was going on as well as some events organized by the company.
I have gained strong leadership skills by being first of all captain of my volleyball team, then during my volunteering activities being in charge of the organisation of events and summer camps and lastly being a volleyball trainer. By holding these roles, I had to motivate all the members of the teams while managing stressful situations, understanding complicated dynamics and coordinating several activities.
Moreover with my international experiences (Bosnia Herzegovina voluntary camp, summer work in Irelands, Internship in Abu Dhabi, ESCP Europe Business School) I have developed a considerable multicultural sensibility and capability of adaptation.
During the above mentioned experiences I often had the chance to take several decisions giving me the occasion to strengthen the effectiveness of my decision-making process.
My pleasure of meeting new people, discovering new cultures, managing teams, facing always a new challenge to win, and overall my passion to know more and more about management field are some of my strength points. Innovation and Technologies, from a management perspective, are my favourite field of study and work. As a matter of fact, my Master thesis is focused on innovation and environmental management.
