    Total business size is close to 350 million Euros. I’m reporting to Redcats’ CEO and member of the executive committee.

    Main missions
    - Develop and implement short and long term strategic plans to successfully develop local businesses together with international culture at headquarters, in the context of the selling process of La Redoute.
    - Deliver Growth in market share, turnover and profit. Increase market penetration in the European markets
    - Develop a European cross media strategy and brand platform
    - Launch and development of La Redoute collection in international market places.
    - Organize a common European web platform at best standards.
    - Lead a multicultural management team of 10 country managing directors.
  • Redcats Nordic - CEO

    Paris 2009 - 2012 Redcats Nordic (1000 employees) is a multi brand group (Ellos, Jotex, La Redoute, One Stop Plus, Shoestyle). With 300 Mio € turnover, it is the leader in on line shopping in the 4 Nordic markets: Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. As part of its international expansion strategy, the Ellos brand was recently launched in Russia, France, UK and Switzerland. Redcats is a leading e-commerce company, part of PPR, the luxury & specialty retail conglomerate.
    Main missions:
    - Develop and implement short and long term strategic plans to successfully deliver the brands strategy: being the preferred online portal in Nordic for fashion and Home for Ellos, the best home textile specialist on the web for Jotex, French fashion on line for La Redoute and new specialized pure players brands for OSP (big sizes) and Shoestyle (shoe specialist on line).
    - Deliver Growth in Market Share, turnover and profit. Increase market penetration in the 4 Nordic markets:Sweden (N1), Norway (N1), Finland (N3) and Denmark (N4).
    - Develop a multichannel & cross media marketing strategy (80% web on total business) and Implement a design driven organization for the Collections.
    - Launch and development of Ellos in France, Russia, UK and Switzerland (15% of total business in 2 years)
    - Improve the customer shopping experience, and more specifically on the on line Shopping experiences and all Web developments supporting it.
    - Lead a multicultural management team of 16 persons and a global team of 1000 employees.

    2004 - 2009 - Implementation of a regional organization to lead successfully a multi-channel and multi brand marketing strategy, and to share services and back office. Country specifics or skills localized in the subs.
