Executive Vice-President at Sogeti, I am passionate about technology and people. Looking for talents in technology, sales and people development who are looking for their next challenge in a growing company.
I have grown up in start-ups in mix roles between R&D and business development. I co-created my company in 1997, moving from 4 people to 200 in 3 years. I have learnt a lot from these experiences: technology bring a lot of opportunity but you can only transform them into a sustainable business when you can create superior relationship with your customers and with your teams.
I have joined Capgemini in 2002, first at Capgemini Consulting as a Senior VP in business & IT transformation, and now at Sogeti. I am heading the global functions of Sogeti (Sogeti India, Global Sales, Offerings Portfolio, Alliances, Innovation and HR Transformation).
My job is to develop and manage initiatives to increase our differentiating value proposition – strongly connected to our top service offerings (Cloud, Product Engineering, Cyber-Security, Quality Assurance & Testing) levering our strategic partners (Microsoft, IBM, HP). Which is driving as well our people agenda to recruit and develop talents, and to develop our skill set.
I am a strong believer of Sogeti motto “Local Touch – Global Reach”. It is true in the way the connections work both with the customers and with the teams and colleagues.
