    * Drove the Digital Acceleration roadmap across 9 international markets in Americas, ranging from
    Social media framework activation, Data Smart activation and CRM, E-commerce, and transformation of
    Marketing organization.

    * Led the digitization of Consumer and Shopper insights generation through adoption of new tools, such as
    social listening and proprietary DMP
    * Promoted best-in-class commercial practices and led growth of emerging channels (Luxury, Hometainment)
    * Strategic coordination of price monitoring cross-markets
