  • Mairie de La Chapelle Rambaud - Urban Planner

2014 - maintenant During my first mandate (2008-2014) I was Deputy Mayor and responsible for the
relationship with the community of communes of the country. Since my election to the
municipal Council, for my second term, I am in charge of town planning. Town planning is
currently governed by a municipal map. Now, we launched the development of the local
urban plan. The implementation of this plan should be completed by the end 1st quarter
2017. The land of the municipality must be classified into build able, reserved for
agricultural development or preserved for wildlife and flora. The main objective of the plan
is to provide infrastructure to cope with the increase of the population and thus provide a
    pleasant and environmentally conscious life.
  • AiM Services - Independant Consultant

Paris 2008 - maintenant Senior Consultant

Currently in relation with AVANON, a Zurich based company who developed Operational
Risk Management software. This solution can be easily interfaced with the standard
packages of the Banking Industry. I am in relation as well with Swiss Data Safe, providing
high secure solutions for hosting applications in the heart of the Alps. Turn key solutions can
be delivered for companies looking for economic and efficient solutions. I always observe the

  • HSBC Private Bank - Head of IT Operations & Telecommunications

Paris 1999 - 2008 RNB taken over by HSBC, my new responsibilities were to Manage the IT Operations &
Telecommunications for HSBC Private Bank Headquarter in Geneva. The Swiss Data Center
is running the operations for the locations worldwide. The operations are 24x7 and requires
a strong back-up and disaster recovery plans. These last should be tested at least once a year.
The services to be provided are based on Service Level Agreements. The costs associated to
running the operations are charged back to the different locations using the services. One of
the main responsibilities is to prepare and manage the budget, Investment as well as
Recurring costs. The challenge is to keep within the IT Operations budget. An other
responsibility is to rationnalise the Operations by Consolidating the different Data Centres
toward the Main Data Center in Geneva. Associated to this rationalisation, a reduction of the
unit rates (cost items) by 10% per year, is the target linked to the job responsibility. We need
to converge to a standard Unit Rate defined for all the HSBC main Data Centres. For
achieving this, ruthless standardisation, at all levels is required, including for the desktops.
HSBC being present Offshore, we have to use these locations, and the rate of penetration
pertains to the objectives assigned to the Job.
