  - Proficiency in seat design: plastics, foams, trim covers, metal frame, mecanisms
  - Development of local tests laboratories for validation (following European and Chinese regulations): audit, follow-up of tests
  - Development of internal test laboratory for specific validation (jounce test, mechanical endurance tests)
  - Start of Prototyping building in China, for local projects
  
  Achievements: 2 projects launched in time, complete validation seat tests made in China, team growing from 7 to 32 in 2.5 years
