  Responsible for implementing and coordinating the ADB's regional cooperation activities in relation to the PRC including activities under the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) program, and the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) program, PRC-ADB Knowledge Sharing Platform.
  Organized a 4-day high level seminar on transport Infrastructure inviting 40 senior government officials from 15 different ADB member countries. Co-edited and disseminated the report on Shanghai's urbanization. Drafted speeches and briefing notes for the President, Vice President and Country Director.

  Responsible for developing a common lobby position and implementing a lobby action plan for the working groups related to the financial services, aerospace, aviation, automotive and auto component industry sectors. Edited the European Chamber's position papers for these working groups; launched a high level quarterly macro-economic seminar series 'Insight China', initiated a new lobbying `circuit' in London for the financial services groups and undertook policy and industrial research covering market access and intellectual property issues. I also edited the Chamber's publication on the Social and Economic Impact of Private Equity in China published on 6 December 2009.

  Manager of the Collateral Valuation Team (4 people) in charge of: (i) ensuring the accuracy of the collateral valuation system (using regression analysis and statistical models as Value at Risk), (ii) the relationship with regulatory authorities addressing their requirements and adapt where necessary according to new regulations (ie. MIFID), (iii) enhancing the system to cover new financial products (i.e. structured securities). From 2000 to 2005, I was Associate Manager launching FundSetlle, an investment funds platform for cross border dealing, settlement and reconciliation. In addition to strengthening the design achieving productivity gains and improving client satisfaction I also created a unique data mining tool using Excel as interface.
