Guila VADNAI - TOLUB

PARIS

En résumé

I am an MBA candidate at Chicago Booth; planning to graduate in June 2011.
I spent my summer at McKinsey&Company.

Prior to Chicago Booth, I spent five years working as a Training and Change Management Consultant.

- At LSI, a boutique consulting firm, I worked in positions of great autonomy and in multi-cultural clientele environments. My strong listening and execution skills enabled me to better understand and solve my clients’ problems. My frequent interactions with senior executives sharpened my presentation and communication skills.
- At Aldata, leading provider of retail industry operations and processes solutions, my entrepreneurial spirit allowed me to participate in the creation of a new training business unit. Working with a diverse group of people honed my teamwork skills.

I gained invaluable leadership experience when I turned around LEV, a non-profit organization in Paris, France. I learned how to manage people according to their needs and understood how it felt to implement the solutions I could come up with.
