    Paris 2010 - maintenant My role as a musketeer is to grow the Red Bull brand and maximise sales by developing the brand within an On Premise territory.


    1.Planning / Organising / Call Rates
    a.Effectively plans weeks / months in advance, achieves call frequencies and abides by the route plans
    b.Shows excellent time management skills

    2.Distribution
    a.Grows distribution by gaining new on-premise customers as per targets.
    b.Works closely with the field sales force of the distribution partner to motivate and educate them to achieve Red Bull brand or volume targets.

    3.Visibility
    a.Secures visibility according to set standards in all on-premise trade outlets and on-premise events.
    b.Secures the proper usage of Red Bull Point Of Sale (POS) Material as per Red Bull standards and guidelines. c.Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives.

    4.Bar Staff Education
    a.Trains the on-premise outlet staff on the product, brand and the correct methods for product serving and merchandising.

    5.Events: Achieves outstanding planning and execution in regards to On Premise or Cultural Events.

    6.Reporting: Submits necessary reports (daily / weekly / monthly); meets deadlines and abides by the route plans.

    7.Contracts: Secures a proper implementation of the customers contracts.

    8.Relationships: Develops a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all on-premise customers and fellow Musketeers

    9.Networks : Actively builds and maintains networks with opinion leaders (DJ’s, key On Premise people) from within the On Premise industry.

    11.Negotiation:
    a.Negotiates well according to Red Bull guidelines and actively seeks a high return on investment for all trade related spend.
    b.Works closely and effectively with the local marketing and sales team to share learnings, align plans and share feedback/inputs.
