Je suis marié depuis 14 ans et j'ai 2 filles toutes les 2 nées en France où je compte revenir le moment venu.

    Development of a New Business – Implementation of an indirect-sales channel

     I have implemented the indirect sales channel that allowed the company to expand its businesses by CAGR of 80%, with sales in more than 50 countries in 4 continents, reaching market leadership position in 3 years.
     I designed a system that expanded the visibility of the global market in 5% and avoided the canibalization between the 2 sales channels.
     I have integrated the pricing process to Gemalto’s. This process has ensured the complementarity between the indirect and the direct sales channel, limiting the yearly price drop up to 4% according to the region.
     I negotiated a partnership with the mother company to resell software and solutions, which improved the gross margin of select products of up to 10% and created competitive advantage.
     I have created and leaded the marketing department and managed the team through this process
  • Gemalto France - Strategic Partners Director

    2009 - 2010 * Prospection and evaluation of new business opportunities of partnership with major actor in
    telecom industry (semiconductors, chipsets, OS, OEMs), standardization bodies (ETSI, OMA).
    Coordination of preliminary technical studies and proofs of concept. Led initiative with
    handset/OS providers to create a SIM-based variant management solution.
  • Gemalto France - Product Manager

    2005 - 2009 * Product life cycle management, from opportunity review and ROI analysis to the product
    specification and promotion (customer visits, trade shows), standardization bodies, VAS
    solutions.

    Design of a new product

     I have conceived a product that eased the adoption of a new tecnology reusing another one massively used by over 200 mobile network operators world-wide.
     I have performed an ROI analysis and written a business case for internal approval.
     I have performed inumerous road-shows in over 10 countries and exposed the product in MWC 2008.
     The lobby with the mobile network operators for that technology resulted in its adoption by the biggest mobile phone manufacturer of that period.
  • Axalto Brasil - Technical Consultant

    2003 - 2005 * Full technical responsibility for SIM Card products and telecom VAS solutions pre-sales and
    delivery. Main customers in Brazil: Claro e TIM.

    Telecom VAS Solution - Claro Contatos – From Consulting to Delivery

     The solution generated a hit rate of 35% among equiped users.  The solution recovered the investment in one year and improved the gross margin in 10% for that product.  The innovative hosted service and the customized application has become the baseline later.
