    Main tasks and responsabilities include :
    - Drafting the existing template
    - Drafting an inventory to integrate the objectives of the future organisation
    - Ensuring the active participation of plants and subcontractors in a multicultural context
    - Acquiring the subcontractors' vision of the future organisation and aligning constraints
    - Participating in negotiations and in reaching compromises to be validated by all the parties

  • Froneri (Nestlé and R&R joint-venture) - Stage Supply Chain

    2017 - 2017 Froneri est une co-entreprise entre Nestlé et R&R Ice-Cream, produisant des glaces sous marques nationales (Disney, Carambar, Oreo, Milka, Toblerone…) et marques de distributeurs (Carrefour, Lidl, Monoprix, Leader Price, Super U…)
    Principales missions du stage :
    • Amélioration des outils prévisionnels des ventes utilisés suite à la migration de SAP vers Oracle JD Edwards
    • Mise en place d’une politique de gestion des stocks de sécurité
    • Alerte du service des ventes et des comptes clés lors de la détection d’un surstock
    • Réunions quotidiennes avec le service de planification et de production pour signaler les ruptures à venir
    • Amélioration des flux logistiques d’approvisionnement en emballages et de distribution des glaces
