J'ai la volonté de poursuivre ma carrière aux achats dans le secteur aéronautique toulousain. En effet, ce secteur technologique et dynamique offre des perspectives d'évolution et un milieu multiculturel qui me correspondent bien.

    Achievements: three supply contracts signed & twelve RFPs launched.

    2017 - 2018 Supply Chain Manager - Equipment - Satellites
    Missions: supply contracts implementation, pilot & serial industrialization follow-up.
    Achievements: two supply contracts signed, Pilot production launched, equipment for two satellites delivered on time, challenging environment (development and serial phases in parallel)
  • STELIA Aerospace (ALTRAN consultant) - A350 Tubes &Pipes and Crew Seats Sales Manager - AEROSPACE

    Colomiers 2015 - 2016 Missions: technical & commercial offers, claims, commercial agreements & contract amendments writing.
    Challenges: major customers (Airbus & Airbus Helicopters) and strong interaction with multi functional teams (Program, Engineering, Costing, Legal, Controlling, Management)
    Achievements: a Non-Recurring Pricing matrix implementation for negotiation of the modifications, commercial agreements reached on Change Requests and on Head of Versions Non-Recurring Price (approx 15 MUSD) and a contract amendment signed.
  • Airbus - A350 Fuselage Structure Purchase Manager - AEROSPACE

    Blagnac 2013 - 2014 Missions: contract follow-up, amendment writing, configuration management follow-up
    (change requests, document requirements) for commercial negotiation.
    Challenges: a strategic american supplier and an aircraft development program requesting a
    strong interaction with various internal customers (Program, Engineering, Supply Chain...).
    Achievements: a major contract amendment signed after many months of negotiation.
  • Astrium - Mechanical Machined Parts Purchase Manager - SPACE

    Blagnac 2012 - 2013 Missions: RFQs management, machined parts procurement, ordering and orders follow-up.
    Achievements: quick control of the portfolio (products & suppliers) and the environment
    (process and tools).
  • SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL - Mission Purchase Manager - NGO

    2010 - 2011 Missions: main base procurement (RFQs, bids) and purchasing coordination at mission level.
    Achievements: procedures under control, suppliers and price lists updated, staff trained.

    Paris 2010 - 2010 Coordinate the Logistics (including Purchasing), the Financial and HR Administration for the Lichinga base, Mozambique.

    Clichy 2008 - 2009 Coordinate the Logistics (incl Purchasing), the Finance and pilot the closure project of the LAO PDR mission. Financial administrator in Chad.

    Achievements: increase of Aeronautics sales (from 14 to 19 M EUR in 3 years), a higher
    participation in Geophysics (from 5% to 10% of total sales in the period).
  • Oberthur Technologies - Area Sales Manager - SIM cards software - TELECOM

    Colombes 2001 - 2003 Area of responsibility: South of Europe, North Africa and Latin America
    Missions: signature of a major project with the largest Spanish GSM operator.
    Achievements: project implemented (800k EUR ), increase of sales (x5) and prospects (x6).
  • E.D.& F. Man - Mexico - Sales & Purchase Manager - Cocoa division - Trading

    1997 - 2000 Missions: negotiation of sales and purchasing contracts, market investigation, customer portfolio development, quality process implementation.
    Achievements: increase in the portfolio (+80% over 2 years), quality process in place.
