    Missions and Targets
    Deploy optimized SCM organization; processes & systems
    Implement and reinforce standard system/tools utilization in all group plants
    Deploy Core logistics and automotive standards (EDI; STD Labeling; Logistics protocol; MMOG compliance) and group BBP (Best Business Processes)

    Main project is SAP – SATURN:
    - Lead a team of 10 SAP system key-users
    - Successfully deploy SATURN (SAP) in the first pilot plant in the Electronics product group (Johnson Controls Bir El Bey - Tunisia): No customer impact, no supply disruption and Operations performance not affected (inventory loss/obsolescence = 0, supplier consignment carry over; inventory level….)
    Major responsibilities are:
    o Interact with project managements to ensure the alignment with the guidelines and objectives of the project and act as an interface with core teams for task coordination and key decisions.
    o Full engagement and collaboration with consultants to define and to implement solutions (analyzing requirements, documenting specifications and testing)
    o Conduct a successful knowledge transfer to end users: organize and execute trainings in different areas: supply chain planning (SD & MM), supply chain execution (WM), engineering and manufacturing (PP).
    o Ensure a proper data migration from MFGPRO and other systems to SAP
    o Ensure the system stabilization (post go-live support, daily operation support, issues resolution follow-up).
    - Prepare the SATURN roll-out in other plants in many countries (France, Germany, Slovakia, Macedonia, Mexico…)

  • Johnson Controls Tunisie - Logistic Process Manager

    Colombes 2010 - 2011 Lead a team of 6 persons: 3 Supply Chain Analyst, 1 Inventory Analyst and 2 inventory cycle counters
    Responsibilities include:
    - Employ innovative thinking in process redesign then define and prepare logistics procedures and work instructions
    - Deploy Core logistics system and automotive standards and Improve logistics systems knowledge and usage.
    - Leads the logistics self assessment process and Supports Logistics KPI deployment
    - Develop and implement procedures, systems and best practices with regard to inventory, for the purpose of maintaining accurate information.
