  * Project Manager of multi-billion Dedicated Managed Account Platforms: from the design (client pitch, RFP, workshops covering legal, risk, operations, reporting...), to the implementation (HF on-boarding, negotiations, website solutions) and the monitoring of the delivered solution [for European and US major pension funds].

  Puteaux 2008 - 2009 * Monitoring and development of 2 teams, 25 people. 170 funds dedicated to Alternative Investments (hedge funds Managed Accounts) and 350 funds of hedge funds.

  Paris 2004 - 2007 * Monitoring and development of a department of 4 teams, 45 Paris-based people and local teams (London, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Tokyo) covering 1200 funds for 400 billion Euros of assets. Monitoring of providers (e.g. 30 custodians, 15 administrators). ;
  * Key missions of the team: excess cash management, reconciliations, NAV full review. ;
  * Monitoring of the merger of ``Credit Lyonnais'' and ``Credit Agricole'' entities in its middle office aspects (organization, teams management, IT system migration, processes).
