En résumé

I graduated as P&O (Prosthetist/Orthotist) 25 years ago in France. After some professional practices in France I decided to join Handicap International to work abroad.
I worked for 13 years in different countries (Colombia, India, Vietnam, Ecuador, Mozambique) as P&O clinician, trainer, rehabilitation technical coordinator and finally technical advisor within the MoH in Mozambique. I have also worked and implemented projects with local NGOs.
In 1999, I came back to Handicap International’s head office (France) to join the technical team as Principal Orthopaedic Advisor in charge of projects of development and training in the field of the rehab and P&O, before becoming head of the Rehabilitation Services Unit created in 2008. I also used my time in France to graduate in Education (Degree) and in Management & Evaluation (Master 2).
I collaborated on research and publications (PVC/PP orthoses in India, vulcanized rubber prosthetic feet in Mozambique, orthopedic devices and an ongoing research « sustainability of rehabilitation services »).
I'm also involved as a member of ISPO and the FATO.
