• des compétences managériales, notamment d'équipes dispersées et transverses, en environnement multiculturel complexe ;
• une connaissance approfondie en gestion de projets techniques à dimension globale (EMEA, Amériques, Asie-Pacifique) et de budgets importants multidevises ;
• des capacités à gérer les priorités, évaluer les risques et accompagner le changement ;
• une passion pour la qualité de service.

Ce sont ces éléments, associés à ma personnalité pugnace et engagée, que j'apporte dans le développement de SFERENO SAS, au service d'une équipe particulièrement volontaire, motivée et dynamique.

  • ISI / Masterfoods / Mars - IT infrastructure department Manager, for Nordics, Baltics and Central Europe countries

    2003 - 2006 My major objective was to create a brand-new organisation, in order to provide a high IT infrastructure and end user services level for Nordics/Baltics and Central Europe region. The main key success factor was the ability to manage very diverse people in such a complex multicultural environment.

    My team was composed of 25 people (9 nationalities), based from Finland (upper north side) down to Romania. We were in charge of:
    - The IT infrastructure strategy definition and implementation
    - The management and delivery of complex IT projects throughout the region (SAP infrastructure implementation, IP Telephony, Lotus Notes, Netware rollouts…).
    - The management of 1900+ IT assets (PC, servers…).
    - The end user support for all people being based in the region (15 sites / 13 countries).

    I was also accountable for an investment budget of 1,5 Mio € and operational budget of 1,8 Mio €.

    As a result of a very high commitment, my team’s Gallup© score increased continuously from 3,41 in 2003 (year of the creation), 3,97 (2004) to 4,23 at the end of 2005.

    Based in Warsaw (Poland) (March 2003 – July 2005), then in Strasbourg (France).
  • ISI / Masterfoods / Mars - Global Telecom Project Manager

    2000 - 2003 I was part of a global team in charge of the Telecommunications R&D, as well as technology deployments. After having had defined the new IT security strategy for Mars Inc, I was in charge of the deployment of a high speed architecture, for connecting major sites worldwide through VPNs (Virtual Private Network technology). The key result was +500k€ saving in the global Telecommunications budget.

    I was then responsible for defining and implementing the new organisational strategy for the Telecommunications team (50 people worldwide), migrating it from 3 local independent structures towards a global harmonised organisation. We were then able to provide a highly efficient and cost effective follow-the-sun (24 hours / 5 days) support model.

    Based in Strasbourg (France).
  • ISI / Masterfoods / Mars - Local infrastructure site analyst

    1998 - 2000 I was in charge of the IT infrastructure management for 3 industrial sites (2 production sites), including 1200 PCs, 10 Netware and 6 Notes servers.

    I also managed several IT complex projects, such as the Ethernet conversion, from Token Ring topology, for the 3 sites.

    I was also responsible for a 1Mio € investment budget.

    Based in Strasbourg (France).
  • ISI / Masterfoods / Mars - Local infrastructure site analyst

    1997 - 1997 The main achievement of this 3 months assignment was the definition and the implementation of the new local infrastructure strategy for a Mars Inc multisales office.

    Based in Dublin (Ireland).
  • ISI / Masterfoods / Mars - End users support analyst

    1996 - 1997 I started my carrier in taking an active part of an IT support team. The experience I gathered in supporting 1500 users, most of them remotely, in a very demanding environment, gave me the opportunity to develop an excellent customer service attitude.

    Based in Strasbourg (France).
