2019 is the year for changes.
My mission as program designer and management consultant with Fondation Ascendi, a foundation dedicated to management development for working managers in the Geneva area, is completed. I have available time and I feel I am at the crossroads where my academic competencies, my consultant experience and my hands on management trajectory as HRO and CEO for a world player come together with personnal features I have developed during my career such as detachment, independence, patience, consideration and a balanced representation of the organization for the future.
From my home based office, using the current tools for deported work, I have begun to offer services to large and small companies, to administrations, NGOs and to individuals in need of the language of truth.
Three areas are opened for cooperation :
• Proximity management development :
Complete general curriculum and specialized modules design for management development, and specially proximity management. From the needs of the client to turn key program contents, with users and facilitators manuals, tools, games, case studies, control and evaluation tests.
• Change and workforce alignment :
Change diagnosis and scenarios for organizations in need of ajustments or more important turnarounds, downsizing and social plans. I have a solid track record of workforce alignments with limited or no disturbance and image damage.
• Coaching and sensitive communication :
Coaching for board members, directors and managers on organization change, re-engineering, turnaround, crisis and sensitive issues.

As a private contractor, I have availability for short term missions in the field and for longer term missions for project development on a time sharing basis, 30% field and 70% home office.

  • Independent Contractor - Consultant

    HARDRICOURT 2016 - maintenant 2016 - 2018
    Private coaching and consulting support on structure and organisation modernisation issues. Review of work organisation and status, management system update, re-engineering projects planning and evaluation.
    Parallel to this limited external activity, two books on practical human resources modern concerns (individual job status volatility and need for self accountability in increasing human capital competences in leadership) are in progress and should be released late 2018, as e-learning packages.
  • Igolide S.A. - Consultant, coach and lecturer

    2010 - 2016 Education consultant for Ascendi Foundation. Academic and marketing consultant work for the Board of directors. Complete revision of the curriculum model and program contents. Selection of new teaching staff and educational tools. Development of a business model for the current crisis period and discussions with institutional and private founders for a new type of support.
    Current lecturer for Management and Organizational Behaviour courses.

    Rueil Malmaison 2000 - 2004 Interim manager responsible for assessing and planning a major reengineering of a subsidiary 100% owned group outside the Schneider core business. Vice director for the strategic planning period and business as usual activities. General manager for the implementation and management of the social plan.
  • Swiss Hospitality Engineering Consultants - General manager

    1998 - 2000 Management of the first stages of a start-up in the field of Hospitality. From start to self-sustainable stages. Sold my participation to co-founder.

    1994 - 1998 Development of a Human Resources department, intergration of HR in the Business Re-engineering practice
