About myself:
Currently an NPI Manager within the Gemalto Telecom Business Unit, I take care of Project Management for custom products for several Mobile Com Operators, from product specifications to first customer delivery.
My responsibility is to ensure we deliver our customers on-time, and with the required quality level.
I work together with the Sales, Product Marketing, R&D and Manufacturing organizations to meet our common objectives.
