  2009 - maintenant I set up L'Artocarpe, the first professional artists group promoting contemporary art to a professional level for members from Guadeloupe, Martinique, Trinidad, Brazil, Dominica, St Martin, Haiti and beyond.

  I continue to work freelance as art & photography consultant, working on picture editing project for films, publications as well organising art projects and continuing teaching my training course as Picture Editor, in Guadeloupe, Martinique as well as in the UK where I first set it up.
  The course is a fully practical one and enable participant to get work at the end of it, in a picture agency.

• Essex County Council, UK - Picture Desk Manager - United Kingdom

  2004 - 2008 I entirely set up a fully digital Picture Desk, commissioning a team of 10+ photographers, creating picture shoots, art directing the shoots for a team of 10 designers in charge of all the publication of this authority, second after London.
  Above all, I research the logistic and suppliers who set up a central picture library, made available to all department of the Council.
  Working part-time for this authority, I continue doing my freelance work as well as my artistic practice.
