• Site Manager: 385 persons at site for AREVA / 13 000 for the project. Cost of project 2,5 Billions of euros. Implementation of AREVA’s policies & organization: strategy translation into action programs. Key contributor for project reviews, risks and opportunities management, finance & performance, continuous improvement. Relationship building with Chinese customers and shareholders.
• Human resources: Interfaces between the project and AREVA Germany, France and USA.
• EH&S Senior Manager (Taishan, Beijing & Shenzhen): Responsible for MERP 24/7 (medical emergency response plan), relationship with hospitals, Chinese emergency authorities & corporate insurance companies. Creation of the EHS system compliant with the OHSAS 18001 standard.
• Management of 5 safety supervisors, expert for lock out tag out process, confined spaces, fire hazard / explosion, chemicals, radiations, heavy lifting, work at height, soil water & air pollution, health disorder…Expert for HSE during Design/Construction/Commissioning & Delivery
• Occupational Safety result for 2014 & year to date: 0 work-related accidents with leave.
• Site electro-mechanical erection status: Data collection and monthly reporting for the project construction schedule.

• Management of two subcontractors (2 M Euros/year, 14 engineers): safety requirements specifications writing, call for tender, offers analysis, subcontractors daily management (work in accordance with French regulation, AREVA policy and safety guidelines, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards).Monthly financial reporting, cost control, quality and milestones control.
• Supervising safety teams: annual objectives, monthly team meeting, daily reports, and safety staff management.
