During my 20 years’ experience in Information Technology, I have occupied a variety of roles and developed a wide range of skills. From my first role as Application Developer to my current position as Chief Information Officer, my main focus has always been on the quality of service provided to the end user.

    Paris 2015 - maintenant Member of the Executive Committee

    Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Operating Officer, I am in charge of the IT department of Neuflize OBC & subsidiaries. Our ambition is to provide to the Bank all the power of 21st century information technologies and to address business expectations: Client Experience, Efficiency & Future-proofing

    To meet these challenges, we have elaborated a strategic roadmap focused on four priorities: Simplify Organisation & IT Systems, Innovate in Technology, Accompany Business in its transformation and Collaborate with the Head Office & Vendors to leverage synergies.

  • Natixis - Chief Information Officer International

    Paris 2015 - 2015 Member of IT Executive Committee

    Reporting to the Chief Information Officer of Natixis SA, I was in charge of International IT and managed all IT activities of Natixis SA abroad. The perimeter covered Infrastructure & Applications of CIB activities, Specialized Financial Services, Private Banking and Retail Banking.

    My department’s main objective, amongst other things, was to align local IT roadmap to Head Office strategy

  • Natixis - Deputy Head of Structured Asset Finance & International IT Department

    Paris 2013 - 2015 The S.A.F. IT department was responsible for the simplification and deployment of the core business IT solution. It was also in charge of the worldwide implementation of a unique CRM for the Corporate & Investment Bank, from Coverage and Financing to Market Solutions business lines.

    My main objectives were:
    - Implement & Deploy Salesforce CRM worldwide
    - Define an IT Roadmap in line with Head Office strategy
    - Implement a worldwide governance
    - Budget Management and costs control

  • Natixis - Head of Global IT Production

    Paris 2011 - 2013 Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, I was in charge of the Global IT Production department whose objective was to structure and professionalise all IT production activities (Infrastructure, Application Production, Security…) in an international context by relying on the organisations in France, Asia, the US and EMEA. .

    The main aim of our organisation was to unify technological and human resources in order to benefit banking activities both in France and worldwide.

    Main responsibilities were:
    - Global organisation of infrastructure teams
    - Create an IT EMEA support team in London.
    - Study the implementation of an application support team in Asia.
    - Control global production budget

  • NATIXIS US Corporate & Investment Bank - Chief Information Officer

    2009 - 2011 My main focuses were:
    - Team management: proactivity and flexibility in structuring the IT organisation to be in line with the business requirements;
    - Systems migration: rationalisation of local IT systems, convergence to Head Office standards and practices;
    - Strategic relocation: managing the users’ relocation to facilitate the merger;
    - Budget harmonisation: managing the budget process, with prioritisation on capital investments;
    - Cost control: managing expenses and budget follow-up;
    - New site implementation: responsible for the design of a new trading floor and offices to host all Natixis US employees.

    2007 - 2009 Main achievements:
    - IT team reorganisation
    - Design of a trading floor and offices
    - Follow-up of site construction and users’ relocation
