    2013 - maintenant Analyze business information, derive insights and guide the division management focus based on data.
    - Consolidate the mid & long term commercial demand.

    - Create an analytic tool to proactively help navigate the business by analyzing market share, product margin, ROI.

  • ST-Ericsson - Head of Methods & Tools

    2012 - 2013 Responsible for providing operational, innovative processes and systems to the Operations & Quality (O&Q) organization through 3 main activities: Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Execution and Business Intelligence.
    - Control the supply chain processes execution by defining & deploying KPIs reported to the O&Q VP.
    - Drive evolution of the supply chain tools: representing 15 projects and a CAPEX of 1.79M$.
    - Manage the M&T team cost center - 950K$ of expenses.
    - Manage a team of 9 people (2 in remote sites) interfacing with 14 organizations.

  • ST-Ericsson - Supply Chain Planning Manager

    2009 - 2012 Manage cross functional and cross organizational projects related to demand planning & supply chain planning.
    - Deploy the demand management strategic program, budgeted to 3M$.
    - Animate trainings for about 40 end users in France, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, Taiwan, and Singapore.
    - Lead 4 people for internal development of tools & reports.
    - Work in a continuous improvement approach to reduce the capacity planning cycle time.
    - Launch a new company wide project: Get the Buy-In from the O&Q VP. Build a core team of 13 people.

  • STMicroelectronics - Supply Chain Planning Analyst

    2006 - 2009 Shape the supply chain planning processes and tools with the implicit objective of constant efficiency improvement by making faster the information propagation and by making shorter the planning processes cycle.
    - Act as the interface between the IT department and the business users.
    - Anticipate the functional needs to adapt rapidly to the market changes.
