- EADS/ASTRIUM: Blade design and production
- DCNS ((French Public Shipyard company): Off-shore nacelle joint development
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Management of a 210 M€ EPC contract for a 120 MW wind farm in a major emerging country.
R&D, ENGINEERING
Development, industrialization and certification of a 1 MW wind turbine:
- 4 years long project with major French and foreign engineering companies (EDAG, Garrad Hassan…),
- Certification by Germanischer Lloyd,
- Design, certification and industrialization of a 30 m blade:
- 3 years long project with engineering companies (AERODYNE, AEROTROP),
PRODUCTION
Creation of the first French blades industrial facility using vacuum infusion process in 2000,
Optimization of in-house production line of the 275 kW turbines,
Installation of additional in-house production line for the1 MW turbines,
Negotiating and implementing complex manufacturing partnerships with various subcontractors
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
Design of an in-house SCADA system for Wind turbines,
Development of monitoring tools for Wind park operations and maintenance,
Optimization of wind operations through resources allocation and parts management.
