En résumé

Je suis en poste depuis fevrier 2010 dans la société Africa Power System, filliale de JA Delmas Export, qui est un concessionnaire Caterpillar pour les marchés d'Afrique centrales et de l'Ouest (22 pays).

Au départ plannificateur stratégique, puis correspondant technique et enfin Expert Technique, j'ai su évoluer dans cette dynamique entreprise.
Je suis maintenant en permanance en voyage entre l'Afrique (Mali, Mauritanie, Guinée et Burkina Faso principalement) et la France, plus de 220 jours par an en moyenne (statut expatrié depuis 2014).

Mes principales mission : la supervision d'équipe technique sur site, la réalisation de visite préventive sur des groupes élecrogène semi-rapide, la suivi de chantier et de projet sur site.

    2006 - 2009 3 years training course for my Mechanical Engineer Diploma.
    I worked in different service in the transmission Plant of Blanquefort.

    Quality office :
    Analyzing of customer returns and searching root cause.
    Working on "Things Gone Wrong" (TGW/1000).

    Plant Engineering (Maintenance Method):
    Management of a modernization project with subcontractor companies (the drafting of enquiry specification, the sending of specification to buyer, the meetings with subcontractor companies before to realize the estimate, the choice of the best solution, the realization of the project and the Job #1).
    The Job #1 is predicted for the summer 2009.

  • Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations - Animateur/ Surveillant de baignade

    Paris 2004 - 2004 I worked with children in vacation camp for the Comité d'entreprise of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
    I was supervisor of bathe, it is my specialization for BAFA.
    I was responsible of an eight children group for quotidian life and I was responsible of the traveling of the children in departure of Bordeaux.
    To finish, our mission (with the other animators) was to organize the activities of children during their holiday.
    It was really a grateful experience!

  • GETRAG FORD Transmissions - Stagiaire Bac Pro

    2004 - 2004 8 weeks training course, 2nd year of my Bac Pro.

    I work in a maintenance area with an experimented mechanic (more than 30 years of experience), specialized on gear manufacturing.
    I work on breakdown and participate to the mechanical renovation of a gear turning machine.
    This was a very interesting training course.

  • GETRAG FORD Transmissions - Apprenti Technicien Supérieur de Maintenance

    2004 - 2006 2 years training course for my BTS Maintenance Industrielle.

    I worked 2 years in alternation with school in a maintenance area which principally manufacture differential case, housing case and differential pinions.

    Intervention in complete autonomy on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrotechnic and automatism breakdowns and dysfunctions.

    Realization of two main projects to present my diploma :
    - Construction a new stand-by spindle,
    - Optimization a of transfer line (analyze of all sources of breakdown on the line and proposition of improvement).

  • Bardinet - Stagiaire Bac Pro

    2003 - 2003 8 weeks training course, 1st year of my Bac Pro.
    Bardinet is specialized in bottling and conditioning vines and spirits.
    I worked with maintenance technicians on maintenance interventions, principally on mechanic and pneumatic breakdowns.
    I realized an improvement on a machine in order to realize my 1st year report.
