    Manage, coordinate and develop the Customer and Product Support
    via:
    - Existing John Deere Network,
    - Engine Distributors & their Service Dealers, Associated Partner Network,
    - Contract of Self Servicing.

    My Missions :
    • The Saran Field Service Team is responsible of the follow up of all engines produced by the JDPS in Europe, Middle East and Africa,
    • Answer to the DTAC cases, work on new DTAC solution,
    • Collect all necessary information to solve the field issues, and create an evidence package.
    • Make recommendations and application reviews to ensure that engines are installed according to John Deere guidelines on applications,
    • Support prototype engines before SOP for internal partners and OEMs,
    • Manage warranty for OEMs and distributors which are not connected to SAP Warranty,
    • Manage the return and analysis of the failed engines and parts,
    • Manage the 0 hours support for distributors and OEMs,
    • Manage the Customer Support APDP for internal partners and provide support the C.S. APDP for OEMs.
