With my international experience (20 years: 5 in California at SAIC, 15 in a world group leader) I know I have the experience and the expertise for global challenges.

    Suresnes 2009 - maintenant I do manage:

    1. Outsourcing Contract for global service desk, on site services in interlcultural complexity; including up- and downscaling due to acquisitions, mergers and divestments of sites.
    2. a mature supplier relationship through regular contacts and meetings with counterparts at operational; tactical level.
    3. improvements in end user experiences by providing a single entry point for all IT incidents, inquiries, questions and requests.
    4. End user experience to come up with transformation program to help increased End User satifcation and influence positively their atitude.
    5. performance monitoring by providing regulars reports, analysis and

    7. Escalation procedure with respect to services.
    8. awareness of advances in IT services, by proactively come up with proposals to support the Business.
