At the CareerBuilder Paris office, I deal with internal recruitment needs on a daily basis.
As EMEA Recruiter I am responsible for the successful recruitment of diverse profiles, especially in Sales and IT, but as well support functions, in different countries: France, the UK, Germany and Sweden. I usually work on about 15 positions at the same time.
My main tasks are:
* Liase with Managers in 4 countries in order to meet their recruitment needs (9 managers)
* Define recruitment processes, maintain 100% compliance to them and train Managers to comply as well
* Develop and implement efficient sourcing and recruitment strategies to maximize applicant flow
* Analyze recruitment practices and strategies to ensure best practices are in place
* Screen applications, interview best candidates on the phone and face to face, in English and French
* Optimize job postings based on technology recommendations to increase exposure
* Build strong partnership with Managers to understand overall business objective, culture and positioning.
* Review media and industry publications to identify trends and up to date recruitment strategies
* Measure recruiting effectiveness by tracking and evaluating recruiting performance by source, recruiter and service level agreements. Reporting to international management
*Professionnal use of applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn, multi-posting tool (Broadbean), Semantic Recruitment Technology, and other recruitment technologies
