• TECHNIP - Flexi France - Manufacturing Project Manager

  Paris 2012 - 2019 Manufacturing Project Manager within Flexi France factory, worldwide larger factory for Flexible pipeline for the Oil&Gas industry.
  
  Management of flexible pipe manufacturing projects & main contact point for TECHNIP Business Units & Clients through factory.
  - Project management from raw material procurement to delivery.
  - Full reporting of manufacturing progress (schedule / performance...)
  - Follow up of project quality & HSE indicators (Non conformance resolution / link with R&D to provide solution / implement client request...)
  - Project financial management (over 80Meuro project)
  - Coordination with Offshore base for project delivery.
  
  Main projects managed: TOTAL Kaombo (ongoing), TOTAL Egina, STATOIL SLMP, STATOIL Norne, ENI Goliat...

• TECHNIP - Flexi France - Project Engineer

  Paris 2009 - 2012 Project engineer in tender phase wthin Flexi France factory, worldwide larger factory for Flexible pipeline for the Oil&Gas industry.
  
  Provide full support to TECHNIP Business Unit worldwide (France / UK / Canada / Norway / USA / Brazil / Australia / Malaysia) on fabrication matters to win tenders.
  - Commercial & technical optimisation
  - Quality insurance & Feasibility checks
  - Schedule & opportunities

• Altran France - Project Manager (Pilote GFE/GFS) - En mission pour RENAULT SA

  Vélizy-Villacoublay 2007 - 2009 Instrumentation project manager (Pilote GFE/GFS)
  - Development of Clio 3 phase 2 instrumentation panel (dashboard, nav, combiswitch, radio, speakers...)
  - Production and quality follow up of Clio 3 and Modus instrumentation panel.
  
  Quality / Cost / Schedule responsibility.
  Several factory coordination in France and worldwide.
  Transveral management of project engineers.
  Supplier follow up such as : Delphi, Valeo, Visten, Tomtom.
