After having spent several years in operational roles in the international supermarket sector, Matthieu, interested in developing his career in consultancy, became involved in the creation of ConvictionsRH.

Highly-skilled in the implementation of national and international HRIS, Matthieu has successfully managed several organizational and HRIS projects for major customers which involved implementation of new career management processes, optimization of the recruitment and support applicative solution processes, creation and development of collaborative platforms and the implementation of company and intranet self-assessment portals.

These projects have enabled him to develop a highly specialized knowledge of HR.

    2007 - maintenant ConvictionsRH is a consultancy specializing in assisting companies through changes in their HR operations.

    We are involved in the main HR processes such as recruitment, career and skills management, training, salary management, personnel administration, payroll and even time management.

    The consultancy was set up by five partners from consultancy companies who having carried out operational roles within companies were looking to pool their experience into a shared project. This varied experience and experience of working in both cultures gives us a major operational advantage.

    Our in-depth knowledge of how organizations work means we approach analysis of HR issues in the right way and ensures that our recommendations are always realistic and feasible.

    Adopting a partnership-based approach, Convictions HR assists its customers through the full project cycle, from the analysis phase right up to implementation. Acting upon our recommendations, we commit to measurable and tangible results which guarantee that projects are successful.

    The name ConvictionsRH has two meanings

    The value of human capital is a key factor in the economic performance of companies. We share this important conviction with our customers. This is why we have chosen to focus our activity exclusively on assisting Human Resources departments, helping them to respond to the challenge of creating value: implementing a HR policy which is in line with the company’s strategy.

    Because of the issues integral to these projects, the customer expects significant added value from its partner. Through our ethos, our skills and the way we operate, we have chosen to create a different vision of consultancy.

    This expert approach has enabled us, time and again, to gain the trust of our customers during projects, which by their very nature, are highly visible and therefore critical in terms of meeting deadlines and commitments.
