    Hoeilaart 2012 - maintenant Trasys is a leading Belgian IT consultancy and services company headquartered in Hoeilaart (Belgium) employing more than 600 committed professionals in Belgium, GD Luxembourg, Greece, France, UK and Spain.
    Trasys offers Consulting, SAP, System Integration and Operational Services throughout Europe to customers in the European Institutions, Belgian Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing and Financial Services. The combination of capabilities to provide strong vertical solutions and its ability to “get IT done” are Trasys’ strength.
    Trasys was created in 1981 and is owned by Ackermans van Haaren and CNP/NPM and management since 2006.

    As part of the Consulting team, I focus to deliver and manage projects related to Excellence Operation, Predictive Maintenance & Quality (Big Data/Business Analytics) in Manufacturing Processes including Business Processes modeling, SAP and MES.

  • Tarkett France - Directeur Informatique

    2004 - maintenant IT Manager Business center Resilient Heterogeneous – Manager MES Competence Center (Tarkett, 9.000 employees)

    Responsible for IT Business Center area Sedan (France), Clervaux & Wiltz (Luxembourg), Konz (Germany), Lenham (UK), Auchel (France), Holsbeek (Belgium) and European production plants regarding MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation in 15 factories.

    In charge of Migration project from MOVEX to SAP ERP (SD,MM,WM,PP,PI,PM) in Sedan
    Definition and deployement of IT SLA contract, SLM (service level management) committee.
    Responsible for MES Competence center in charge to deploy Hydra in 15 Tarkett manufacturing plants (Interfacing between PLC and SAP PP PI)
    Define global Project methodology (planning tool, UML documentation)
    In charge of all Local infrastructure management & follow-up (ITIL)

    Approach Belgium, (systems) Integrator, is mainly present in the finance – insurance and public sector. Its 3 main activities are Business consulting, Solutions Development, Infrastructure Integration.

    In charge of operations management and performance of a team of 52 collaborators:

    Definition of a skills catalogue, which supported the definition of Approach’s identity and commercial strategy
    Methodology of following project in « middle » and « large » account
    Standardisation of the project following procedure

    2000 – 2002 :

    Management of Outsourcing contract carried out by Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in Paris.

    Wide-spreading project comprising 3000 users, 104 agency servers and 10 data center servers.
    Migration of existing Finance and Operations packages (AS/400) towards ERP Oracle e-Business Suite 11i for the financial part and IFS (Swedish ERP) for the operational part.
    International project including the roll-out in France and in England.

    Responsible for ensuring the functional and technical compliance of the ERP system, organize the cultural change management and manage the contractual relationships between CGEY and Dalkia in the following areas:

    Ensuring the conformance of the application to the « services agreement » established between Dalkia and CGEY, for example quality indicators.
    Leading of sub-project assuring the functional link between the Dalkia team services and CGEY project managers.
    Transverse architecture, concerning the infrastructure :
