Recrutement, formation, rémunération, gestion de carrière impliquent un questionnement au quotidien du chef d'entreprise. Dans un contexte économique difficile et face à l'évolution des NTIC, la GPEC apparaît comme une démarche susceptible de concilier l'intérêt des entreprises et celui des salariés.

    * Assist the RRH in his daily activities (clocking, contracts, letters, certificates, declaration to authorities...). ;
    * First point of contact for all employees of the Luxembourg office (social legislation and internal procedures, welcoming new joiners, exit procedure...). ;
    * Personnel administration: organize and manage the personnel files and management of entry/exit flow of personnel (all social documents, work permits, assignment...). ;
    * Payroll coordination: collect all necessary information monthly and in charge of sending variable elements to SdWorx. ;
    * Relations with managers, interim agencies, CNS, ADEM, Luxembourg School of commerce, OGBL...

    Recruitment
    * Recruitment of employees: CV screening, first contact with candidate, call interviews, face to face HR Interview, organization of the interviews, publication of job opportunities... ;
    * Responsible of the administration tasks (Invitation or rejection letters, contracts...). ;
    * Relations with ADEM, Outsourcing agencies, Recruitment and HR Solutions Specialists... ;
