PRECOM & COM philosophy and procedures, the detailed PRECOM & COM
procedures (OTP's: Operational Test Procedures, flushing, cleaning, leak test, inerting,

Managing of the ICAPS (Integrated Commissioning And Progress System) tool
licensed by TOTAL for computerized Pre-com/Com. follow-up.
Responsibility extended to Network development and installation (150 users), senior
staff training on the OPERCOM (Operation & Commissioning) methodology and the
usage of the ICAPS functions. Conducting a team of 12 technicians to ensure smooth
progress, status and planning data transfer to Management and Discipline Leaders.
Participated in the commissioning of the offsite (HP, Acid &LP Flare system,
Condensate Export pumps, Glycol regeneration, Slug catchers and pig receivers,
Sea Water Intake), utilities (GE 33 kV dual turbines, Firewater Jockey pumps,
Potable Water distribution) and process area (Amine regeneration, LPG, Fuel Gas
System).

En charge de centraliser toutes les données engineering du chantier (toutes disciplines confondues), du planning et de l’avancement. Mise en place complète du système sur réseau informatique et formation de tout le personnel sur site.
Gestion d’une équipe de 12 personnes afin de pouvoir gérer au plus près la base de données, le planning, l’avancement et la punch list du projet. Participation au commissioning des offsites (systèmes HP, Acid &LP Flare, pompes d’export des condensats, régénération Glycol, Slug catchers and pig receivers, Sea Water Intake), des utilités (turbines dual GE 33 kV, pompes jockey anti-feu, distribution d’eau potable) et des unités process (régénération d’amine, systèmes LPG, Fuel Gas).
