Moreover promoter for the operations’ team in the implementation of preventive and/or corrective actions at manufacturing sites in order to prevent and/or eradicate the claims causes.
  Key responsibilities: analysing, verifying and managing claims coming from Commercial Department, supporting the first investigation activities for root cause analysis and technical investigation with the manufacturing sites, proactively supporting the operations’ team in finding out solutions to be implemented and monitoring claims statistics and trend.

• Italcementi S.p.A. - Business Manager (Alternative Fuels & Raw Materials)

  Guerville 2008 - 2010 Management of the division for alternative fuels (refuse derived fuels, end of life tyres, animal flours, etc.) and alternative raw materials (slags, ashes, exhausted sands of foundry, etc.).
  The activity benefits the company (economic saving and non use of traditional fuels and raw materials) and the environment (non use of non-renewable energy and recovery of waste resulting from other industrial processes).

  Guerville 2002 - 2008 Initially pioneer for the introduction and marketing of private label products in some Italcementi Group foreign subsidiaries.
  Later in charge of the launch, including all the pre-marketing and marketing phases, of a range of special products.
  Handling of follow-up phases, coordination and management of Italian sales areas, information sharing, exchange of ideas and know-how with the Italcementi Group foreign subsidiaries.

  1996 - 2000 Heading up of research projects and management of resources inside and outside the Italcementi Group at home and abroad.
  I handled collaborations between Italian and foreign companies, Universities and consortiums.
