- Managing the worldwide Panel of Electronic Suppliers (1,6 Md€ annual Purchase in 2015), together with the Group Purchasing Team. Commodity includes a wide range of products and technologies, including Semiconductors, Printed Circuit boards, Displays, Electronic Assembly...)
- Driving Quality improvement at selected Electronic Suppliers (i.e. to identify lowest performers, to build and deploy quality improvement plans , to monitor performance improvement, to adjust sourcing strategy according to results) (*)
- Managing hierarchically a Team of SQA Experts and Leaders located in Europe, China, NAFTA and Asean Regions. Functional management / coaching of engineers from the worldwide SQA network engaged in Electronics.
- Designing Training Modules covering Supplier Technologies, Auditing techniques, and for training the SQA Engineers located in EMEA, Asia, and NAFTA. (Topics covered : Electronic processes, Process audit skills, Communication Skills)
- Supporting VALEO Production Sites in case of Supplier Quality Crisis, while cross-fertilizing knowledge acquired through Problem-Solving.
(*) Results achieved : Quality Performance of the Electronic Supplier Panel improved by 45% between Apr-14 and Aug-15. (reduction of quality incidents at Corporate Level).
