  - Follow up of production schedule and communication with external testing providers to ensure that all resources are available and all documentation (test guide, tester tasks dispatch) ready.
  - Day to day work with external testing provider, game producer(s), dev team(s) and hardware manufacturers (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) to ensure the game is correctly tested and all important bugs are fixed prior to submission.
  - Training of new project managers about testing methods and process.
  - Quotation of forecast budgets for all products and follow up on a bi-monthly basis.

• Atari Europe - Quality Control Project Manager

  Peynier 2006 - 2009 - Project management of console and PC products on all next-gen platforms (X360, PS3, NDS, Wii...).
  - Follow up of production schedule and communication with external testing providers to ensure that all resources are available and all documentation (test guide, tester tasks dispatch) ready.
  - Day to day work with external testing provider, game producer(s), dev team(s) and hardware manufacturers (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) to ensure the game is correctly tested and all important bugs are fixed prior to submission.

• Playlogic - Support Services Manager

  2005 - 2006 In charge of QA and Localisation testing + Printed Materials + Game Certification + Manufacturing
  Set up of a partnership with external testing providers (India).
  Creation of company accounts to all consoles Hardware Manufacturers and manufacturing plants (for PC, Xbox and PS2 products).
  Set up of methods for QA, Localisation and Printed Materials work, as well as internal reporting.

• Absolute Quality Ltd - QA Consultant & Business Dev

  2004 - 2005 Account Manager : several important clients (Atari, Orange...).
  Set up of specific methods, process and communication channels to ensure high level of work quality.
  Training of a team dedicated to the clients, to fit with specific requirements requested.
  
  Business Dev Consultant : contact with video games companies, mainly based in France, to offer the company services.
  Partnership with Microsoft after an audit requesting a high level of professionalism, security and confidentiality.

• Infogrames - QA Manager

  1993 - 2003 Creation and set up of the internal Infogrames' QA structure and processes, in several steps.
  The first step was to set up basic functionality testing, then, we extended it and created a Localisation Tests Dpt, a Hardware Manufacturers Standard Tests Dpt, Compatibility Lab Dpt, as well as a Gameplay Evaluation Group.
  
  Size : from 1 person in 1993 to 32 full time people + 100 part time testers in 2001

• Infogrames - Product Manager

  1991 - 1993 Responsible for the production of Infogrames' games, on all existing hardware, such as Amiga, Nintendo SNES, Sega Megadrive, Atari ST...
  Worked on different well known games, such as: Advantage Tennis, Full Metal Planet, Shadow of the Comet, Alone in the Dark...
