    Responsibilities:
    - Deputy Project Representation on Site: Coordination of all activities on Site, including Local Logistics, Administration, Construction, Operational Security, Local Project Controls and HSE.
    - Controlled Lump Sum Leader: Follow-up / Monitoring / Joint Validation of all the Costs induced by the Main Contractor. ;

    Responsibilities:
    - Proposal technical responsible (substations, communication, DCS system, fire fighting system, civil works). ;
    - Commercial representation in the negotiation phase. ;
    - Quality plan and definition of teams for the project.

    Results:
    - Contract Award lost after eleven months of negotiation due to inadequate financial solution by ALSTOM France. ;

    Paris 1998 - 1999 Responsibilities:
    - Management, in Paris, of 12 engineers and draftsmen for the supervision of engineering and construction of the FPSO Hull, in South Korea, subcontracted to HHI (HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRY).
    - Management of 23 engineers and designers for the general installation of process units for treatments.
    - Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001 for the piping department (70 people).

    Results:
    - Hull engineering completed in time. Construction control.
    - Attribution of process unit construction contract to HHI, after the good results with the hull.
    - Elaboration of quality manual and training for the entire department. Achieved zero non-compliance events.

    Responsibilities:
    - Responsible of technical sheets for tests and commissioning of STAG platform installations.

    Responsibilities:
