As Scrum Master, my role is to facilitate Agile adoption.

I am the master of ceremonies regarding the smooth running of the project according to Agile Scrum principles, namely:
- organizing and facilitating sprints/project planning
- daily scrum stand-ups
- sprint reviews
- sprint retrospectives
- sprint/release planning
- demos and other potential Scrum-related meetings

I have an extensive experience in Agile project management in an international setting ( > 85 countries, > 11,000 users).

I am a passionate Scrum Master convinced of the benefits of its framework and a daring evangelist in order to convince and help the stakeholders to adopt the precepts that govern this agile management.

As Agile coach I educate collaborators to Agile principles with hands-on exercises, like: LSP (Lego Serious Play), Speed boat, Product Box, Me and my shadow... and other Innovation Games.

I can be operational very quickly after taking the position, regardless of the sector of activity and the nature of the project.
