I set up Production Management and deployed modern Warehousing, Purchasing and Inventory Control tools. Following the increase in the purchasing portfolio from 17 M € to 30 M €, the average inventory stock value was reduced from 5 M € to 3.5 M €, in the meantime suppliers data base was reduced from 917 to 553 while maintaining a service level of 97%. I headed a team of 35 employees.

    I held the positions of Warehouse Manager, Production Scheduling Manager and Logistics Director for France. During these 15 years, I implemented Production Management MRP2 associated with JIT, collaborated to have ISO 9002 Certification and reduced the Inventory Control stock value from 8.5 M € to 4.5 M € and maintained a service level of 95%. I headed a team of 33 employees.
