En résumé

I'm a research scientist in the analytical department of a dynamic biotech company. I take part to the development of innovative drugs (R&D, regulatory documentation filling: IMPD, ADME). These new drug formulations are based on unique excipients aimed at improving the performances of protein therapeutics.
I have international experience and a PhD in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.

  • Adocia - Research Scientist

Lyon 2014 - maintenant • Develop analytical experiments to characterize innovative excipients aimed at improving the performances of protein therapeutics (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR)
    • Design in vitro tests to document the ADME properties of a new compound generating better PK/PD profiles of insulin-based treatments
    • Conduct and report experiments to document the IMPD of an insulins-based formulation with better prandial and basal properties
    • Implement NMR experiments to characterize tumor-targeted delivery systems
    • Supervise technicians, deliver presentations and manage multiple projects
  • Columbia University - Postdoctoral fellow

2010 - 2014 • Specialized in the study of membrane proteins and fibrils by solid-state NMR. This technique is known for providing atomic resolution in the study of receptors, channels, and fibrils.
    • Directed the study of the drug-target for antibiotics against Tuberculosis resistant strains.
    • Partnership with the Harvard Medical School in the structure determination of fibrils.
    • Collaborated with a team in Brandeis University in the mechanical study of the enzyme Adenylate kinase.
  • Universite de Lyon - Teaching Assistant

2007 - 2010 • Trained candidates to the national competitive examination aimed at recruiting high-school chemistry teachers for 3 years.
    • Coordinated, supervised and evaluated practical chemistry classes for B.S students for 3 years.
  • Ecole Normale Supérieure - Ph.D. student

2007 - 2010 • Implemented creative methods for the study of proteins by NMR spectroscopy.
    • International collaborations: Italy, Germany, Switzerland, USA.
    • Co-organized a regional scientific conference (80 attendees).
